DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1: Yangon - Pathein (Delta Queen)
The private transfer will take you to the Nan Thida Jetty in front of Strandhotel. On arrival we are welcomed on board of Delta Queen ship at 14h30 for a river trip to Pathein. We navigates across Twante and venture into the intricate network of canals which are the lifeblood of the Irrawaddy Delta. This vast basin stretches from the Bago Range to the coast of theBengal Bay and receives year around drainage from several major rivers including the Irrawaddy, Hlaing and Ngawun. The remainder of day is for your own pleasure; observing the landsacpe, lazing around the deck or simply soaking up the sunshine. O/N on board. (D)
Day 2: Pathein - Ngwe Saung beach
Today we continue cruising along the Pathein River, catching a chance to admire the spectacular sunrise over the large delta region and the rural life close. The pace is very relaxing and it is a wonderful time as we pass by the beautiful countryside. We reach Pathein jetty around 9 am and disembark the ship for a two hour drive to Ngwe Saung Beach. This beach resort with wihte endless white sand and turquoise water is an ideal place for any one seeking an enjoyable escape. The trip ends on arrival at Ngwe Saung beach. (B

1. The downstream cruise from Yangon to Pathein is available on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The upstream cruise from Pathein toYangon is available on every Wednesday, , Friday and Sunday. The programme and schedule are subject to change without prior notice.
